Over the past 40 years, we have been asked to act as professional witnesses on a number of failure investigations, including some high profile incidents. To date we have worked on over ten cases, mostly representing owner / operators who are involved in litigation with contractors.
All of the litigation cases have been settled out of court in favour of our client and, on several occasions, the main reason for the settlement was due to the defence team being unable to offer convincing evidence against our findings.
We have also worked on more diverse investigations, such as advisors to an air accident investigation panel following an accident which occurred during air to air refuelling. This highlights the versatility of our engineering capability and software.
