As the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues across the globe, it is our aim to assure and support our customers. This is why I am writing to you today. I wish to assure you of our contingency plan to ensure our services remains operational and that there will be as little disruption to projects as possible.
Our top priorities are the welfare of our employees, as well as maintaining the high level of project performance for our much valued customers.
For the past decade, our working practices and IT operations have been designed with flexible and remote working in mind. This means that, in the event any of our offices need to be closed for a period of time, many of our staff will be able to continue to work from home on a full-time basis for the required period.
We are confident there will be minimum disruption to any service we provide and are working closely as a team to maintain visibility of any potential impacts.
